How to refer
If you’d like to book a session with one of our psychologists, you’re able to self-refer via email or phone, or you can visit your GP, paediatrician or psychiatrist for a referral.
Pace Ahead Psychology accepts Mental Health Care Plans, Helping Children With Autism Plans and we welcome NDIS self-managed clients.
We also offer and develop specialised psychological wellbeing packages and consultancy services for educational facilities.
Cancellation policy
Please note we require 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your session, or a cancellation fee of anywhere between 50% up to 100% of your fee will be charged. This provides us with enough time to allocate the session to another client.
If you cancel your session on the day, or do not arrive for your session, this will incur the full session fee.
We can alternatively conduct the session via Telehealth or with a parent if you or your child are too unwell to attend.
