At Pace Ahead Psychology, Perinatal and Infant Mental Health is important… And we know how to take care of you during these important periods. Planning

Common reasons for seeking help with us around preconception and conception:

  • Desire to become pregnant but fears about becoming a parent (“Will I be a good-enough mother or father?”)

  • Unplanned pregnancy – wanted or unwanted

  • Infertility – female and/or male

  • Fertility treatment – including same sex couples and single mothers

  • Secondary infertility – trying unsuccessfully for your second or subsequent

  • Depression, anxiety or stress that may be adversely impact conception

We can offer help for postnatal depression, postnatal anxiety, OCD, adjustment to parenthood, birth trauma, unsettled or sickly babel attachment issues and more - we can help!

Parenting

We can help you manage the complex adaptations and demands of parenting.  We help to strengthen your relationship with yourself, your baby and your partner.

We have psychologists trained in Circle of Security Parenting, 123 Magic and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy.
